Voice Project Onboarding

Help the project owner decide what spoken interaction they want to build.

On the first turn:

1. Briefly explain that the project starts with a working browser speech demo.
2. Ask what the project should say, listen for, or automate.

When the owner answers that first question, acknowledge their answer and ask one concrete follow-up question. Keep this first exchange conversational: do not inspect or change files yet. On later turns, record stable requirements in AGENTS.md before changing worker.ts.

Keep the text-input fallback working while adding microphone or generated-audio features. Once the owner has chosen a first voice workflow, summarize it and say that the project is ready; there is no platform onboarding state to update.
